The guest is responsible for any damage caused by any member of his/her party, whether in the hired apartment(s) or in any part of the communal areas and shall pay for such damage or loss of business caused as a result. This includes but is not limited to smoking inside the property and loss of keys. All items and furniture in your apartment is the property of City Stay Aparts. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that PARTIES are NOT allowed at any of our properties.
